Terms and Conditions

The following agreement outlines Scoop It For You Policies and Procedures. By opting to become a Scoop It For You Customer and or Client, you acknowledge that you fully understand and "AGREE" to Scoop It For You’ s Service Agreement, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

Scoop it For You is a privately-owned business that provides pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties.

The Customer understands our ability to provide the services can be dependent on weather, condition of yard, grass height, and access to your yard which is the Customer’s responsibility.

BILLING/PAYMENTS

Please contact our office with any questions regarding our payment policy.

YARD & GATE ACCESS

The Customer understands that it is their responsibility to make sure Scoop It For You has access to the area requiring service on the day of service. If Scoop it For You cannot access the yard due to locked or blocked gates or dogs in the yard; the service will be skipped and charges will still apply. Scoop It For You will attempt to contact the customer via phone and text and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving.

DOGS IN THE YARD

If your dog(s) are aggressive they must be inside while we provide our service. Otherwise we are happy to provide free belly rubs to our furry friends while we scoop. The Customer understands that if on the scheduled day of service, if dogs are left in the yard and we have not yet met the dogs or if the dogs are aggressive in any way and the customer is not home Scoop It For You cannot provide services and the service will be skipped and charges will still apply. Scoop It For You will attempt to contact the customer via phone and text and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes before leaving.

LEAVES, DEBRIS, TALL GRASS/WEEDS

Scoop It For You requires that your yard be maintained from excess fallen leaves, longer grass, plants and or weed overgrowth. A yard that is full of leaves, debris, tall grass or weeds makes it difficult to see and locate the poop. If visibility becomes a concern we will notify you.

SPRINKLERS

Scoop It For You asks that you turn off your grass sprinklers on the day of service. In no event shall Scoop It For you be held liable for broken or damaged sprinkler heads.

WEATHER

The Customer understands that if there is rain, flooding or extreme weather conditions Scoop It For You will postpone service until the weather has cleared up.

ACCESS TO WATER

Scoop It For You may need to access your water supply from the outdoor spigot for the purpose of sanitizing, disinfecting and or applying deodorizing solutions.

HOLIDAY & VACATIONS

If your service day falls on a FEDERAL holiday you may be notified that Scoop It For You will not be providing services on that day, in that case we will work with you to reschedule your appointment.

Scoop It For You is closed between Christmas and New Years Day. In addition, Scoop It For You may take a 1 week of vacation throughout the calendar year. You will be notified in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Either party may terminate/cancel service at any time. To terminate service please e-mail; Scoopitforyou@gmail.com or call (480) 869-6871, Refunds will not be issued.

MARKETING MATERIAL

All Customers give express permission to Scoop It For You to use images/photos of services performed, photos of dogs, etc. rendered at Customers property or residence on Scoop It For You's website, social media sites and any other marketing materials (print or digital) unless other arrangements have been made between the Customer and Scoop It For You.

Scoop It For You may collect personal information from you on our sites or through any other digital or personal communication with you. Information collected by us is voluntarily provided by you and may include information such as your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Scoop It For You will not share or sale your personal information.

REVISIONS

Scoop It For You provides the above Services to you subject to the Terms, which may be amended from time to time without notice to you. Amendments will be effective upon our posting of such updated Terms to our website. Your continued use of our Services shall constitute acceptance to any changes to the Terms. Some of the provisions contained in these terms of use may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
